Impromtu Lunchies/Dinners No More
today marks the last working day for jw... and that meant no more last min impromtu lunchies or dinners le.... :(
but then again... i'm glad for him cos he's been working his arse off in that company... all the late nights... hate to use this word, but it's like exploitation lor...

Countless Sotong Times
that i've left office w/out packing my ipoddie into my bag... this usually happens when i don't listen to music after lunchie cos i will keep it in the drawer when it's lunchie time... but also countless times i realised that i was sotong and managed to turn back to take it...
except for today... today's the 2nd time i've forgotten to pack it in the bag and bring it home... haiz... maybe work till too tired le ba... till this sotong is completely sotong-nised... haha.. oh well...
i miss my ipoddie... no music to acc me to work tmr... and the worse thing? it's running low on batt... dunno can last the whole of tmr anot... :(

Workaholic-ly Stressed
hmm.. think i've been kinda stressed and workaholic lately... 've been working late almost everyday.. even to the extent of going back to office 2 saturdays ago to work... and to add on the workaholic scale, it was a freaking heavy rainy saturday that i had to take cabbie to work and get myself half drenched (just by walking from home to mrt station) when i reached office...
funny dreams relating to work came to visit once in a while... and also me jumping out of bed on a saturday when i saw 08:09 on my mobile and went "shite!!! i'm so gonna be late for work.. gotta sms ys to tell him i'll be late!!!" then slowly realising that "hey, it's a saturday.. no work la..."
've been sort of working like a cow... clearing shite loads of stupid requests here and there... this week was even worse.. when i know i'm going on leave this coming thurs... the mountainous pile of work!!! i just have to clear it b4 i go on leave... i know, i know... work is neverending one.. but i just want to clear as much as i can so that by mon when i come back, it's just mountainous, not some mountainous mountainous everest... haha.. and prob that's why i'm back home today at 10+ without eaten any dinner at all... and i get to re-live my maggi days... :P
this is so not me... me? workaholic? gawd... how come this "equation" doesn't really seem to fit? *laughs* this engine of mine have been working non-stop... and am feeling so darn tired le... am wondering whether this engine of mine will 死火 one day... and if it does, what happens next?
thank god i'm just one more day to tioman.... think i really need this break to take a breather b4 my engine breaks down with the so-can't-believe-it-workaholic-me... let's just hope i can get back home early tmr (which i seriously doubt so) so that i can pack for my trip and rest early for our 6am bfast and 6.30am bus cum ferry ride to tioman on thurs....
(darling brina, till now, i still so wished you cld join us... but like what wr said, 事事难预料, so... no choice la... but nvm, still got our shanghai trip and the intented dec genting/KL trip...)

Cartoon Disaster
when eeyore is a cow, cookie monster is elmo, and big bird is just some character in sesame street... this is how cute dawson can be in making us roar with laughter at vivo's mini toons ytd... he is really a cartoon disaster...
and yes, my heart almost dropped when he said eeyore's a cow... aiyo.. you say eeyore is a horse i won't feel so heart broken la... keke... :P

Re-Living The Cello Learning Days
nope, i'm not taking cello lessons... just that this morning there was this sudden heavy downpour that got me all drenched even thou i had a brelly... just the walkie from lavender mrt station to office, my whole skirt was wet... soaking wet... kaoz...
and bcos of that, i cldn't sit down when i reached office cos i wld make the chair wet... and so, i sat with half the butt off the chair... exactly the same way i had to sit while learning cello during my ntu days where i cld actually wait till 9pm to start.. anyway, only managed to survive one semester of it only cos the next sem class ends too early, the cca started too late liao... furthermore, bringing one big cello from outram park to ntu ain't an easy task you know!!! keke... :P and oh, one more thing, sitting half the butt off the chair ain't fun.. aching butts, aching back as well...
oh well... lucky the material of the skirt is not those thick thick ones... so i din really have to re-live the moment for a very loooong time... but still long enuf to have an aching back... :S

天不作美 again
think i blogged quite some time back about 天不作美... but this week... the 老天 like 对我过不去... keep sweeping down my exercise plans with rain and more rain...
first was tues.. was supposed to meet wr and brina after work for swimming... but rain.. so we met up with the rest at vivo for dinner... ytd do ot, then no rain... the weather, so hot some more... and today? when i'm supposed to be at ecp running, nb, rain again... and i ended staying in office working...
haiz... i just wana work out, release some stress off all the bloody problems arising lately... 老天啊老天, 饶了我吧~~~

dearie actually set up a blog!!!
boy am i surprised... he's the kind who never msn, never friendster, never facebook, and definately never blog...
he msn-ed, cos he wanted to chat with me... he facebook-ed, cos i kinda persuaded him into... but persuading him into blogging never ever crossed my mind and so i was really surprised (as in jaws dropped wide open) when he told me that he set up a blog...
a pure beginner but hey, it's quite nicely done up... :)

New Run, New Friends
joined nancy, ying ting and andy to run at ecp today... and i got to meet new friends :)
nancy, ying ting and sito (dunno how to spell.. keke.. :P) brisk walked while andy, joel, rudy and me ran... ran from the start (or is it the end? aiya, the end nearer to the big splash part) of the ecp to mac's and u-turn back to starting point...
kinda fun... and so i've decided to join them next wed again! hee...
the run was pretty good... i needed the run badly... but still feel... not really enuf... haiz...
one thing i need now... and that's sleep... am super tired from the run... buay dong liao.. eyes closing liao... zzzzzz...
