)= I'm so broke =(
was supposed to went spa with mummy and my 2 sisters on wed. cos you see, sis had 4 free spa vouchers from booking their family trip to melbourne during natas and so we went for the spa on wed.
and sad to say, the spa (matahari spa located at far east plaza), which was supposed to worth $120, was disappointing lor. the woman just touched touched here, touched touched there for 45 mins with the aroma therapy oil then it was done! wa kao, lydat i also know how to give pple spa la. i charge $50 can liao. lucky it was free lor.
ok. enough of the spa. next to the poor me =(
after the spa, we four gals and the kids went shopping. and that's when my pocket started burning. they were happily shopping.... for me!!!
the 1st stop we went to... they made me almost try on every dress in the shop!!! they said that i was about to step into the working world and i should have a variety of clothes and be more mature and chic and shouldn't stick to my usual dressing and dunno what lah. the shop was selling all dresses at $20. it's not ex lah. but very 不舍得 leh. cos just came back from bangkok only mah. so broke broke lor. went out the shop $38 poorer. one of the dresses had 'defects' (mum insisted that she could mend it) so the pple in the shop gave me a 10% discount.
and you know what? one of them is a tube dress, and the other a halter dress. *faintx* how to wear to office lydat???!!! then my mom and sisters said wear a short jacket (nowadays quite fashionable those kind) over it lor. kaoz and i don't have that at home which means i've gotta somehow find a cheap and pretty one to buy. lydat i wouldn't have to stock up so many blouses liao wat. then they said it was different wor. faintx somemore.
anyway. that was not the end. we went to another shop (osomose). we went in there cos sis was looking for a black skirt. and they happily started shoving me into the fitting room with more clothes!!! gawd!! and not to say, i came out another $99 poorer with 2 more dresses.
some of you might say that i shld tell them that i didn't really like the dress or what. but i tell you, when you have 3 women telling you that the dress is nice that i dunno how to appreciate, you'll understand why i gave in and bought them. i'm not saying that the dresses are not nice. in fact, i kinda liked some of them but like what i've said above, broke bcos of my grad trip lah. haiz. oh well. money already spent liao. and that's all i can do about it...

I'm back
... from the land of a thousand smiles!!! and we had grrr-eat fun!!!
esp the last nite i believe cos we finally had poker cards to play games and not forgetting punishments!! (which i will update later)
i had a blast, and i can't wait for our next hol out again!!! hopefully dawson wld be able to join us the next time and that ah boon 'dares' to join us gals with all the shopping experiences he had with us these few days!

lucky me
my 1st interview... and they offered me the job!!!
i think the company's not bad. and so just now i accepted their offer. =)
and i'm starting work on the 1 june. like abit fast hor? oh well, i have a whole big loan to pay lah. hope i'll enjoy my work there and they have nice pple there too.

seriously ill
sadz. condition worsened after my fyp presentation on mon. (the fyp presentation didn't seem to be a consolation thou. kena shot like there was no tmr?? haha) was feverish and sick and bleah.
was forced by mum and dearie to go c the doc ytd. and i was running a temp of 38.5!!! and the doc concluded that mum was the prime suspect that passed the virus to me. doc even said that this kind of virus infection meant that normal antibiotics couldn't help me...
and so, to cut the story short. i got another jab. but this time, is on the ass. cos doc said it wouldn't hurt that much. and it's true! so next time, no more jabs on the arm. cos it hurt so bad that time when the doc gave me the food poisoning jab on the arm. i could actually feel the whateva liquid going into my arm and it hurt like hell. grrr.
and now. i have a bag full of medicine (at least the lozenges taste good! it's not the normal orange one. it's purple in colour and it taste like some minty purple sweet by hacks i think that i use to like during my childhood days) and a plaster on my ass (ok lah, to be fair, the jab really made me feel much much better) and $43 poorer. and hopefully i'll recover real soon.
